Fit and Thick Glute-Growing Circuit!

Pyramid Barbell walking lunges:
-30 walking lunges 65lbs
-24 walking lunges 75lbs
-20 walking lunges 85lbs
-24 walking lunges 75lbs
-30 walking lunges 65lbs
Rest 2 minutes between each set

Keep your heavy squats. Lunging is my favorite booty building exercise!
•Step forward, planting the heel in the ground.
•Drop down by bending both knees, keeping the chest out and the back straight.
•The knees should not come forward past the toes!
•Using the front leg, drive up through the heel to target the glutes.

Feel free to adjust the weight to something that you're comfortable with! This pyramid also works with Dumbbells but keep in mind that you should be between 50-75% of your max!
