Was happy to witness the signing of the Turkey-Singapore Free Trade Agreement (TRSFTA) with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. We launched negotiations for this FTA in January 2014 when Mr Erdoğan (then the PM) visited Singapore.
Hope this comprehensive FTA will encourage more business and investments, as well as greater collaboration between companies from both our countries.
My thanks to President Erdoğan and PM Ahmet Davutoğlu for their commitment in concluding this FTA with Singapore. Will update on the G20 Summit tomorrow. – LHL (MCI Photo by Kenji)
