?TACO TUESDAY -SWEET POTATO NACHOS

It's football season so I'm sure many of us who enjoy watching it on tv or at tailgate parties will enjoy nachos among other snacks and appetizers. Manny from @mffoodies is excellent at creating dishes such as this one featuring sweet potato nachos, meatballs, various toppings, and my #FlavorGod seasonings.

I actually designed my new Taco Tuesday seasoning with a dish like nachos in mind and yes, it's super delicious on Nachos!

Sweet potato nachos!

?Ingredients?
?about 25 sweet potato nachos
?1/2 cup sautéed ground beef (I had meatballs do I just chopped those up*ground beef, @Flavorgod Seasonings garlic lovers seasoning, minced garlic & Himalayan salt*)
?2 tbsp low fat sour cream
?1/4 cup low fat shredded cheese mix
?1 medium tomato, diced
?2 tbsp diced onion
?1/4 jalapeño, chopped
?3 tbsp Chipotle salsa
?1 tbsp chopped scalion
?@Flavorgod Seasonings garlic lovers seasoning

?Directions?
?preheat oven at 400 degrees
?place nacho chips on a oven safe plate, and sprinkle half of the cheese. Season with @Flavorgod Seasonings garlic lovers seasoning & bake for about 5 minutes until cheese has melted
?top with beef, veggies, salsa, sour cream & scallion
