A fit, healthy body—that is the best fashion statement #JessCScott I prefer to wear mine without clothes not because I'm an exhibitionist but because I've learnt to embrace my body for every fault and flaw. I took this picture last year and I'm pretty much the same now only with a few extra tattoos, blonde hair and a bunch of extra birthday candles under my belt. What I guess I'm trying to say is that fitness isn't a fad, it isn't a diet or punishment it's a way of life, it's a feel good factor that keeps you on top form forever and always, energetic, positive and always ready to rumble.
