#PracticePracticePractice Day 21. Practice is a holy offering, a sacred devotional space. Each breath falls like the fleeting ephemerality of a flower on the ground subject to the gusts of the wind. Ok I admit that I am moderately obsessed with frangipani. They make my heart smile when I see them. I picked up these up on my way to practice today. Waking back from a sunrise shoot at the beach, I found my way to the quiet space of my yoga mat. And the path was lined with a thousand flower petals, each perfectly formed, each a universe in its own, each filled with fragrant spark of divine favor. So I picked up few of them from the ground and brought them back with me. And in the sacred inner space of my practice today I offer them to you, as a blessing for your life, as grace that you may receive, as a softening of the heart, as eternity in the palm of your hand, as inspiration to find the source of undying love within. ?
