One of the best ways to build confidence in your kids is in the water. As a parent, it's been challenging for me to figure out the balance between being protective and encouraging as I watch Mazzy test her limits. Last summer, she started swimming on her own and over this past year, I've seen Mazzy take jumps, try flips, perfect handstands and work on mastering different strokes. I love seeing her push herself and scream "Mom, Watch this!" when she shares a new trick. The @EddieEagleMovie (which I highly recommend!) is an amazing reminder of just how far that support and encouragement can go. #EddieTheEagle #ad
