6am boxing class done ?? I love a sweaty @Kobox session with @ianstreetz on a Friday morning ? A quick reminder: getting up at 4 or 5am to go to the gym isn't my idea of fun but I've had to do it most days in the past few weeks. I'm just like you, I want to stay in my warm bed. I tell myself I'll go later and try to talk myself out of it. However, the important thing is that I don't listen to my lazy inner self (most of the time ?!) and I drag myself to the gym. Once I'm there I never ever regret going as I know I'm working towards my goals ?? I know how it feels to struggle to fit training into your life, and I find solutions.
