“Le Chocolat Noir” (dark chocolate) is mixed behind the scenes at the Puyodebat workshop in Cambo Les Bains, France. Owner & Head Chocolatier Christophe Puyodebat’s passion for all things chocolate lead him to create a museum alongside this shop where he displays early chocolate machines, wrappers, tins and chocolate accessories from the region.
