今日の #和菓子 は #羊羹 で作った #藤 です。
糸切りという技法ででカットしてあります。
正確にはギターの弦ですけどね。
#撮影 用に作成しました。

松江の和菓子の研究団体「松江松和会」に所属していますが
入ったばっかりの頃にこの技法で三つ盛を作られている方がいて感動しました。

Today's wagashi is #Wisteria made with #Youkan .
Yokan is sweets solidified the bean paste in the agar.
This was outright with the strings of the guitar.
