Whoop look what arrived in the post today! My @origym_coe level 2 fitness instructing certificate, now to keep my head down and complete my level 3 in personal training. You're never too old, out of touch, busy or surrounded by children to change your life and achieve your dreams. If I can do it as a hectic single parent with just one pair of hands and less free time than o2 on a bank holiday bundle then I sure as heck know that you can do it too.
