Enjoy them as a snack, serve them as appetizers, or add them into your cheeseburgers???My Italian Zest made these onion rings unbelievably delicious???‼️ - Ingredients ?1 large - sweet or yellow onion, peeled, sliced and separated into rings ?2 - eggs ?2 Tablespoon - unsweetened almond milk / or coconut milk ?1 tbsp - FlavorGod Italian Zest ?2 cups - gluten free panko bread crumbs ?⅓ cup - oat flour ( I ground up old fashion oats) ?FlavorGod Pink Salt & Pepper to taste ?Olive Oil  cooking spray / organic - Instructions ?Preheat oven to 450F. ?In a small bowl whisk milk and egg thoroughly, set aside. ?Peel, slice and separate your onion into rings. Cut rings about ¾” thick. ?In a large Ziplock bag, combine oat flour, and FlavorGod seasonings. Seal bag tightly and shake well to mix. ?Place bread crumbs in a dish and line a baking sheet with foil. Coat generously with cooking spray. ?Take onion slices and place them into the Ziplock bag. Seal tight and shake to thoroughly coat onion slices. ?Next ,and one at a time, place an onion slice into the egg/milk mixture to coat all sides, then transfer onion slice into the bread crumbs. Coat thoroughly and place rings in a single layer on prepared baking sheet. Repeat process until all onion rings are coated. Be sure to coat onion rings twice before baking. ?Spray tops with olive oil spray and place in the oven on middle rack. ?Bake for 20-25 minutes or until rings are golden brown. ?
