Day 11 - Extended Side Angle #yogaforhope
There's some serious space-making going on here! I like to start extended side angle in the traditional posture then lengthen my arm over my head to continue opening the torso and hip. You can also use your supporting arm to press against the inside of your knee and touch the ground with your fingertips, knuckles or palm. Start out half way down the leg and see where you can lower to. There's no pressure here. Just like anything, you'll know you've hit your sweet spot!
