✌?️?? I've been working with @adeezukier now for almost 4months, really dialing in my nutrition. It's been up & down & bumpy, some sweat & a few tears hahaha! BUT so happy she has gotten me through all of that & to a place where I honestly can not imagine NOT counting my macros & knowing exactly what is going into my body.

I am eating way more than I ever have, fueling my body properly & making sure it has what it needs to recover at it's best while still leaning out & getting stronger & FITTER (hell yeah!!) @PaleoNaturals have made this process SO much easier for me also, with preparing meals for me ready with macros on!
