Every time I see him at work I get that 'back-to-work!' itch. So annoying! His process is increasingly visceral and ambitious in scale. His new series of 'anxious men' have become an audience that reflect the palpable tension in our society at this moment. I am so grateful to him and the other artists who have joined me in @forfreedoms, an artist initiative devoted to complicating the political rhetoric that had become so simplistic and volatile.
