These zebra are some of the 200,000 that are part of the Great Migration that roam through the Serengeti and Masai Mara ecosystem. The zebra arrive first, eating the tall stems of the grasses that grow during the rains and exposing the green grasses that attract over 1 million wildebeest. The first waves of wildebeest are crossing from Tanzania into Kenya, attempting to evade predators that block their way to the grassy fields ahead of them.
