今日の和菓子：ムーラン・ド・ラ・ギャレット
国立新美術館で開催中のルノワール展にインスパイアされて作った和菓子。代表作「ムーラン・ド・ラ・ギャレット」に描かれていた女性のドレスがとても印象に残ったので、青と白のストライプで再現してみました。
