Fitness has always been in my blood, I just didn't realise until now. As a child I remember watching my dad do sets of weights each evening before bed and my brother and I would hang from his arms and lay across his back as he lifted us too. We had a 100ft garden filled with delicious organic homegrown vegetables which my mother would water by hand every night filling up the cans and carrying them through the rows of vegetables for hours, she was the only woman I ever knew to have muscles. And now my brother is a nutrition advisor and I'm a personal trainer and my children watch me do the same things that my parents did. I feel like I was always meant to have followed this path in life, to have reached where I am now and the positive influence of my tireless parents has gently guided me to here without me knowing.
