Michael Phelps won his 20th Olympic gold medal last night at @リオ五輪2016. Then, about 70 minutes later, he won his 21st. And counting. At the end of the 200-meter butterfly — his signature event, and his first gold of the night — @マイケル・フェルプス stood triumphant in the pool, stone-faced and silent. He wagged his finger, raised his arms and orchestrated the crowd’s response. The celebration was loaded with meaning: This was the event in which @マイケル・フェルプス endured one of the most painful defeats of his career, at the 2012 London Games. Soon after winning last night’s butterly, he anchored the 4x200 freestyle relay, swimming with @コナー・ドワイヤー, @townleyh and @ライアン・ロクテ.
