INCLINE REVERSE CRUNCH (until failure)
- this exercise is prime for your lower abs. The incline reverse crunch is more difficult that the regular reverse crunch because you are working against gravity. The good thing is progression can be made by increasing the incline of the bench or by carefully placing a light dumbbell in-between your feet.
