Don't get me wrong - this girl loves getting her oreo and froyo fix on???, but veggies are the true MVP in my diet. ?⚡️ Not only do veggies provide me tons of volume in my meal, but they naturally source and provide my body with fibre and key micronutrients. Also I love the taste of greens so that's a huge bonus ?

Whether veggies be your friend or foe, its important to take your fiber and micronutrient needs into account. This comes from being deliberate, and by practicing awareness in the composition of your diet.
