As you may know this year I set out to better my education and prospects and enrolled on a fitness course. Within a handful of months I passed both my Level 2 Gym Instructing course and Level 3 Personal Training course and today my final certificate arrived - it's official guys, I'm now a super excited Personal Trainer and will be releasing my home workout series imminently as I'm busy editing the final videos. Thank you all for your love and support, for believing in me when I took on the task of studying in the early hours of the morning whilst raising my two children alone. It goes to show that you can do anything you put your mind to, it doesn't matter how old you are or how little you know about something to start with, whatever you want in life is entirely achievable if you take it one step at a time.
