The Formidable Pull Up ?? What do you need to do to achieve this challenging exercise? Grit and determination. And some structured training. I talk about this at length in my book but basically there's two key things you need to do 1️⃣ Build up general back and bicep muscular strength through weight training 2️⃣ Do pull up specific exercises (e.g. Eccentrics) on a REGULAR basis. When I was developing mine with @lbp_adamwillis I did them 2-3 times a week ? Stay consistent and stick with it. Your hard work WILL pay off! ?? And don't forget to refuel afterwards!
