・豚ひき肉…200g
・錦糸卵…60g
・れんこん（水煮）…50g
・おろししょうが…3g
・片栗粉…大さじ2
・鶏ガラスープの素…2g
・タレ（ポン酢＋ラー油）…適量
1. ひき肉、刻んだれんこん、鶏ガラスープの素、片栗粉、しょうがを良く混ぜ合わせて一口大に丸める
2. 錦糸卵をまわりにつけ、ラップに包み耐熱皿に並べる
3. 電子レンジ（600W）で4分温めて完成です♪
※電子レンジで加熱する際、錦糸卵が焦げやすいです。様子を見ながら温めて下さい。
