Crimea before the crisis - Female students stretch their legs and play some volleyball during their lunch-break in the small town of Azovskoye, where the construction of an Islamic religious school, called the Madrasa, was completed with Turkish support in 1998. The school houses roughly 70 boys and 40 girls and is a cherished institution within the Crimean Tatar community.
