My name is Meg and this week, along with the team behind #SmithsonianFood at @国立アメリカ歴史博物館 and this 1918 Fordson tractor, I'm taking over the @スミソニアン博物館’s Instagram to give you a taste of Smithsonian Food History Weekend. This tractor, on display in the exhibition “American Enterprise,” allowed farmers to transition away from animal-powered equipment and try out new technologies to increase their crop yields and profits.
