Got up at 5 am and did my morning sadhana. I didn't look at my phone or read any emails or news. I connected to myself and to this day. I thought- what if I spent the day unconnected to the media.? What if I created my day from within me? ::I voted for the first time in my life today . I am a proud Canadian who had lived in the USA for 25 years. I became a us citizen last year and today as I cast my vote I felt deeply emotional. I know that politics are full of so many things I don't know or understand but I feel the energy of being able to participate freely in this. I feel for the fact that I can share my opinions freely. :: I am full of gratitude :: my hubby is keeping me in the loop FYI
