??Shoulder+Back Stretches??

CAT COW ??
• Do this first sequence as a warm up. INHALE as you look forward & pull your belly button down. EXHALE as you round your spine & look at your belly button. (10slow breaths)

PUPPY POSE ?
• Reach fingertips FORWARD, press armpits DOWN & point your sitting bones UP
.
SINGLE SIDE PUPPY POSE
• Press your ear to your bicep & guide the outer edge of your armpit DOWN. Keep reaching your fingertips forward to increase the stretch. (Change sides)
.
UPDOG (or COBRA with bent elbows) ?
• Squeeze your bottom to support your lower back.
• Press your fingertips into the ground and pull your shoulders BACK & DOWN (open your chest)
.
REMEMBER TO BREATHE!! In all of these stretches. It's a super common mistake to hold your breath when you stretch your upper body...breathing will help your stretch deeper and make it more comfortable ?

???? Hold each of your stretches and progressions for AT LEAST 10 deep breaths in and out ?
