But please don't neglect your upper body! I recommend targeting it with compound movements like pull ups, barbell presses and rows. Then once you're fatiguing, throw in some isolation exercises like those in this video. Here we have ➡️ Cable tricep push downs ➡️ 1 and 1/2 cable tricep push downs ➡️ Overhead tricep extensions ➡️ Single arm cable kickbacks ?
