Announcing: 2017 Yoga Retreats in Aruba!!! Little Poppy is due next month and I will take three months off before teaching again - we are announcing next years retreats now! Join me in paradise in May, July, October and December for a week of yoga, meditation and deep healing. We'll be practicing yoga twice a day, journal, enjoy the turquoise ocean, play on the beach, go sailing, hiking and give SUP Yoga a try or two☺️ These retreat weeks are open to all levels and perfect for all of you looking to deepen your practice and move into self discovery.
