yesterday, I had a date with my city. It's something I have done over the years many times with the many cities in which I have lived, and loved. For me it's a way of recharging and renewing that energy and affection I feel for the city. Because let's be honest sometimes a city, any city can ware you down. So every once in a while, I take a cheeky day off and wander and explore all those places that make me excited to be a part of the life of the city. Beacon hill in Boston is one of those places - full of charming cobbled streets, dickensian doorways, heavenly restaurants, exquisite shops like the beautiful @rouvalisflowers pictured here & odd postman or two - and yesterday I had the pleasure of sharing my city date over on @cntraveler Instagram stories - for the full tour, head on over before they disappear - you won't want to miss the dog walker!
