You could say my bodybuilding journey is going pretty well so far. I've still got about 10% body fat to shift especially around my stomach because I have such love for food and my two children and we all know what pregnancy does to a girl! I'm really loving lifting weights, I thought it would be totally out of my comfort zone and too manly but it's strangely addictive and I feel incredibly strong because of it. I also ran a marathon at the weekend and it's the first time this morning my legs have felt slightly tender from training. Somehow nothing seems to hurt me anymore in life, physically, mentally or emotionally. Is this what it feels like to discover the meaning of life?
