Gym diaries are everything! I can't stress enough how keeping track of training is helping my progress. It's not only informative but incredibly inspiring to look back at my sets and reps from even a week ago to see such a huge improvement and I'm very much a numbers girl, I feed off of progression. My trainer @tonymontalbano71 always says forget the numbers go to failure but if I know my last result I HAVE to take my failure further even if my entire body is screaming.
