I missed the 2nd rep twice before i made this set - i really wanted my last working weight to be 80kg/176lbs for a double from the deficit. Missing because you are attempting things that are too heavy is bad - missing because of a technical flaw that you aren't fixing is also bad - but missing because of technical flaw that you come back and correct (not staying over the bar - which is why I am working from a deficit so much) ... i think is awesome ? hence the little dance hehe. ? keep learning! @barbellsandbowssquad @juggernauttraining @mbslingshot @max_aita #63kg #olympiclifter
