Boat trips with @theannaedit on @newhorizonescapes ? (And before you ask... I'm 6'2 #giant ?). I had a conversation with some of the girls today about balance, and finding your personal "happy place" with your body and mind. I am well and truly in that place right now. I bloody love my body. I know that I'm not crazy ripped. But I'm healthy. And balanced. My body is strong, and Iike it that way. I might not have a six pack, but that isn't my priority. Fitness is part of my life, not my whole life. I would much rather hold a few extra pounds and not be afraid to indulge in meals out or an extra dollop of peanut butter.
