Sunday morning simplicity. And some words of wisdom shared by my acupuncturist, who gave me a doctor's order to "spend more time taking care of my heart, to remove myself from anything that causes distress without judging the 'why' and to pursue the things that produce joy." I've heard these things before, but when he said it to me in that particular moment, I felt a huge release to give myself permission to do just that. So here's to focusing on what actually matters, and yes, making more room for joy. I hope the same for each of you and that an abundance of beautiful moments find you in the week ahead. ? •
