Great visit with @everymomcounts grantee partners at @fameafrica, the Foundation for African Medicine & Education (FAME) in Karatu, Tanzania yesterday with @runteamemc. In 2014 FAME delivered its first baby, and is now delivering approximately 75 babies a month and performing c-sections when necessary, as they receive many emergency cases from far away villages. Thank you to founders Susan Gustafson and Dr. Frank Artress for your vision and dedication to the people of Tanzania. It is our honor to support you and the mothers of Tanzania.
