The perfect end to a celebratory meal? These #lime, mint and and rum tarts — photographed here by @rikkisnyder — that were inspired by a #mojito. The chef @ottolenghi explores the bright magic of baking with #citrus in his @nytfood column this week. “Citrus in all its forms appears as often in my baking as it does in my savory cooking,” writes @ottolenghi, “even when it’s not shouting about itself.” Here, of course, lime is very much the star of a refreshing, light and boozy #dessert. @ottolenghi suggests you bake the pastry on the day you’re serving and serve ASAP after the rum is poured over the #tarts.
