This marine preserve, also known as Jardines de la Reina, located fifty miles south of Cuba is a time capsule in the Caribbean Sea. A place where healthy mangroves and robust reefs support an intact food chain that in turn supports a stable population of apex predators such as sharks and crocodiles.
