Monday morning check in feels güud ??? pretty darn happy with how my body is responding to my modest 6 week cut (modest in the sense that I wasn't too far from my maintenance goal) These weeks were initiated nice and slow, targeting only 2-3 ish pounds with intentions of maintaining, if not increase strength. Approaching a comfortable maintenance without too many discrepant weight fluctuations can be a good indicator of progression, however I've found physical check ins via pictures and relative transformations to shed the most insight on my process?. It's important to consider an array of variables when we think body comp. Measurement types, validity, accuracy, and overall convenience varies. I enjoy accumulating data (#NerdLife ?) but physical check ins have been my go to way of indicating progress?
