Today I start a week-long takeover of the @theIWMF Instagram feed! I will be showcasing the images that were the basis of my recent Anja Niedringhaus Courage In Photojournalism Award. Anja, a Pulitzer Prize-winning AP photographer who tragically lost her life in 2014 in Afghanistan, dedicated her life to documenting conflict and its impact on the people of war-torn regions.
