Last night was a dream! My sisterfriend @ruthielindsey and I got to host such a special, intimate gathering at our favorite @urbancowboybnb. We had an incredible meal at their Public House, and then took our little crew inside to have a -- literal! -- fireside chat about community and connection. I got to ask her, @lyonporter, and @adamwacenske all kinds of questions about their communities in Nashville, New York, and beyond. It was kind of a precursor to the masterclass she and I will be giving at the #CreatorAwards in Austin next week.

Do y'all know what Creator Awards are all about?! They are MAGIC. @wework, like us, is all about fostering community. They knew they could make the experience of work better for people, and as so many incredible humans have joined their community, they decided they wanted to take it even further. So they are giving away $20million in grants -- yes you read that right 20 MILLION DOLLARS -- at Creator Awards events all across the country to makers and creators and creatives who have big dreams and ideas and deserve big help. Companies don't do this! But they are. They are setting an example because they CAN. Isn't that so inspiring!? These humans! They're my people. Givers. Dreamers. Leaders. How grateful I am to have come across them at a conference, and be welcomed into their family. They're stuck with me now hahaaa!
