No body has it easy with fitness, definitely not me. Only thing is I love being challenged, love having it tough. I relish feeling like a complete novice everything I start learning something new because it only gets better and I believe that no matter what it will get better. The road to fitness is paved like a treadmill, constantly moving without end, you can only dive in and feed on the runners high.
Put perfection out of your mind and focus on progression. Always Making Progress is the model.
