Bulgarian Split Squat Jumps. I super-set all of my workouts sooo I like to mix these in between lunges, deadlifts and squats. I don't use weight when I do these but if you do I suggest dumbbells instead of attempting a barbell on your back as it can be dangerous if you slip up! This is an advanced movement and do NOT try this until you've mastered split squat jumps and Bulgarian split squats.
Land softly and controlled and make sure your knees don't pass your toes! You don't need to jump onto a platform but I find it helps me so I'm not slacking on my jumps!
