For those of you who have followed my journey for a long time you've probably seen my transformation. For my new followers here's a little flashback. This was one of my first professional shoot and I didn't lift an ounce of weight back then. (Ps. I realize I've gotten my boobs done and I've been open and honest about this, it's something that I did for myself, if you have questions about this, they have all been answered on my YouTube)  I work with women on a daily basis who are working hard to transform themselves, some have lost over 80lbs and some are in the same boat as me skinny but not healthy. It doesn't matter where your journey begins, just matters that you have started to make a change for the better, not only to change your body but yourself as a whole.  Hopefully this can inspire you to start your week off with the right mindset that it is possible and you can achieve whatever goals you have in mind.
