What gets you going? It's a miserable 48 degrees and raining in Melbourne today ? so I put on Beyoncé and brought my watermelon flavoured @1stphorm megawatt #preworkout with me to the gym. ? if you don't already follow him @andyfrisella has some great videos for motivation too.
