There she goes! The famous Old Faithful geyser in Yellowstone National Park erupts under the stars. Eruptions, every 90 minutes or so, shoot boiling water to average height of 145 ft (44m), a 15-story building.
While the park is home to many bears, on this July night I was imaging the celestial Great Bear (Ursa Major) right above the eruption with Polaris and the Little Bear on the upper right. Swipe left to see the bears! The constellation line shows the Big Dipper prominent figure which is a part of Ursa Major.
