Thought I'd share a few leg lift variations that I did at the gym today ??? @goodlifehc
Any time you do leg lifts like these or are working on lower abs, make sure you stretch your hip flexors afterwards!!
These exercises can over activate your hip flexors which can cause lower back pain if you don't release them ? another reason to finish off your session at the gym with a good stretch! ?
