Kingfisher emerging from #water after an unsuccessful hunt. No matter, if they catch fish or not, they are stunning!!! I set my 4 strobes lighting the bird only, in order to create black background. Even though pic was taken at daytime. In this way image looks a bit like kingfisher is flying between stars during a clear, starry night. I wonder, if @babaktafreshi is able to recognize any constellation on this frame? Taken only about 50 miles from my residency... Travel less, discover your backyard, reduce your ecological footprint!
