In my life reading and finding @louise_hay_affirmations was the first time I realized that how I thought and spoke mattered. That words and thoughts had power. It was through her that the idea that my body was telling me something when it ached or was struggling was a completely new way at looking at my body and my emotions .She opened my mind / heart and the minds /hearts of so many . This visionary lit the way for so many and for so much healing .
