My debut full length #Mongrels is OUT NOW! One night this past Spring, I was at a Strand of Oaks show at The Troubadour in LA and my friend & rockstar photographer Chelsea Lauren hit me up to see if I wanted to take some impromptu photos on the Sunset Strip. I was hesitant at first as I was flying back to Atlanta the next morning, but something told me to just roll with it. We got some incredible shots that night including the main photo we've been using for the Mongrels campaign of me sitting in Lemmy's old seat at The Rainbow Room. At one point we walked past a tattoo parlour and she was like ummmm???? I had just signed off on the final mixes of the record that week and thought fuck it, this has been a journey, why not commemorate the occasion by getting a Mongrels tattoo. Thank you Chelsea for being the renegade artist that you are, instigating malarkey mischief and having the eagle eye that you do.
